I did about a full 30 days of training before joining this race. Sure, it was not the best training I had. I had not expected to beat my best half marathon time.
I woke up at 1 am at the race day. Since the city is nearby and I chose to drive there, that means I had to be behind the steering wheel at 3 am. That was source of the problem.
I felt not enough sleep and powerless. I finished at 3:24:42, more half of all the way just walks. Still under COT tough 😁 I have to be prepared better before joining any race next time.
